Paying down Pacific Debt

Debt is the most destabilising element in any government decision making. Poor decisions by government are often made when debt decides the actions of government. It also allows for outside interference by third party governments looking to influence decision making based upon assistance (aid or loans).

Our role is to payback debt owed by Pacific Island Countries (PIC’s) from 10% of our profits going towards debt repayments.

Reducing Poverty

Trade has been identified by the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the United Nations, and the World Trade Organization as the only method of reducing poverty. With our concentration upon trade our long-term goal is to reduce poverty within the Asia Pacific region. We intend to do this by developing relationships with and between co-operatives utilising the International Co-operative Alliances seven principles and concentrating on Principle 6 (trade between co-operatives). There are in excess of 3 million co-operatives globally and the 219 million members businesses. These equate to 17.6% of world GDP.

Increasing Employment

Local employment across the Pacific is a real issue with many locals going overseas to work and unfortunately not coming back.

We are keen to train people to manage local services and keep the naïve people within the community.

Reducing CO2 Emissions

Our main objective from all our business is to develop sustainable green businesses. Whether that be developing hydrogen based

products or growing agriculture products,

forests, seaweed,

aquaculture that

absorb carbon.

100kw solar and 88kw batteries developed by Co-operative members to replace diesel Generators for stand alone / quick deployable power ( 4 hrs with solar panels).   for disaster recovery and small community grid support.
